Who prints and delivers the items?

A selected local print partner will print and do deliveries. They receive the order from Yasmin Uurya and is responsible for printing, framing and performing quality reviews. Our prints are made on demand and the print partners will also help package and deliver the order to you.

Please allow 7 -14 business days for delivery.

What if my prints arrive damaged?

If your prints arrive with obvious damage to the packaging, the print and the frame, please immediately take photos of the damage and immediately inform us within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@yasminuurya.co

Please do the same if you believe the order was damaged during transit.

What if I don’t like the print I ordered?

We hope you’ll be delighted with the prints but there will be no refunds or returns if you change your mind before or after receiving your artwork.

Refunds or reprints will only be provided due to damages or defects of the print and subject to further investigation.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all countries internationally. However please note that customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders.

How quickly do you deliver?

Since our prints are printed on demand and our print partners take great care at checking and reviewing every print and frame before dispatch. So, please allow 7 -14 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. If you’d like to know your order status, kindly refer to the tracking ID provided to you via email.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We pride ourselves on the quality of our prints and frame, so if you receive a faulty or damaged print or frame from us, we will replace it free of charge.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please snap a photo showing the damage and contact us immediately within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing to hello@yasminuurya.co

All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at hello@yasminuurya.co so we can investigate further and arrange a replacement for you as a matter of priority at no cost to you.

Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or make changes up and until the time your order has started printing. Should that be the case, the refund will be credited back to you.

However, after an order has been printed, any cancellation or changes will not be possible as we aim to send out orders as quickly as possible.
